Thanks for the corrections. I think it's important to get a precise analysis of congestion pricing out to the public and, in particular to elected officials and their staff. In general, I favor congestion pricing -- one of the few things I agree with Cuomo on. But where I live in Brooklyn, I can well imagine that the very small number of people who drive into Manhattan for work will outshout those of us who rely on MTA services. We need thorough and accurate information to be able to persuade City Council and state legislature members to stand up to the anti-congestion-fee whiners.
